Start saving now and pass the word to your friends, neighbors and families. We need donations from everyone!!! WESTVIEW BAND AND PERFORMANCE ENSEMBLE AUGUST 27-29, 2009 Thursday & Friday 8 to 8, Saturday 8 to 3 The garage sale is one of the largest fundraisers of the year for the Band and Performance Ensemble program, so your support and help are very important and very much appreciated! Proceeds help pay for uniforms, music, instructors and coaches, and transportation to performances and competitions. Garage Sale Setup Day – Wednesday, August 26 Drop off your donated goods in the north parking lot of the high school anytime between 9 am and 7 pm. Unfortunately, we have no room to store items before the 26th. For larger items, we do offer a truck pick-up service on August 26th. Please contact Brett or Gina Carn @ 503-690-3422 or brettngina@verizon.net to schedule a pickup time. ALL DONATIONS ARE TAX DEDUCTIBLE. DONATION RECEIPTS PROVIDED. We cannot accept tires, paint, appliances, computers, or hazardous materials. If you have mattresses, they have to be in great condition. Please do not bring damaged or broken items. We will have staff checking in all items for the sale. We cannot afford to take things to the dump if they are not in sellable condition. |
